Delivered Orders
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, Art Mint will accept returned merchandise within 14 days after receiving date, provided it is unused and packaged in its original perfect state.
To expedite this procedure, it’s important to follow the instructions listed below:
– Inform Art Mint of your intention to return by e-mail or ordinary mail, including the “item identifier” of your particular article;
– Wait for our written confirmation;
– Buyer is responsible to cover all shipping and insurance fees;
– Forward the package only to “Art Mint”;
– After having received the merchandise and inspecting it for good condition, Art Mint will refund the customer. Refund will not include shipping charges as well as any associated cost (i.e. customs fees for reimporting if shipped from outside EU) and will be issued as a voucher for future purchases on this website, valid 1 year.
– The return will be charged with 15% restocking fees.
In the event that the goods are damaged or faulty, Art Mint will replace the goods without charge or offer a full refund after they have been returned for inspection.

Pre-Sale Orders
Pre-Sale orders are orders that contain a product that has been recently announced by Mint, a product that we don’t have in stock, yet we offer it for sale in order to guarantee a locked price and availability to our customers.
Usually these products can take from 1 month to several months depending on many factors. We always display on the product page an “Availability” (Expected Delivery Date) for these products, that is just to give a VERY rough idea of when the product is expected to be delivered to our warehouse, therefore Art Mint should not be considered responsible for any inconvenience or delays that the product might have.
Once a customer orders a Pre-sale product, he commits together with Art Mint to the total order quantity placed with Mint, therefore all canceled Pre-sale orders will be charged with a 15% Deposit fee.
Depending on each case, Art Mint will refund the order keeping this 15% Deposit fee or will give a Discount voucher for future orders.
