After payment is received, we ship the products within three business days, Monday to Friday, via Registered Air Mail or Courier. The products in pre-sale will be shipped when available, the foreseen availability date may change for reasons beyond our control. Please note that some products (new launches) are not immediately available, but are offered in advance. In this way, the buyer may purchase at a generally lower price or before the product is sold out in case of very limited run. When the product is not in stock, the availability date is clearly indicated on the page that describes the product itself.
All our parcels are very carefully packaged in a very secure manner to resist crushing.
For International (outside EU) orders the payment of taxes and custom charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the receiver once the goods arrive at the destination country.
A full delivery address and precise postcode must be provided for all deliveries.
